Harper Maven was built on a foundation of creative collaboration, a love of fine art & editorial design, and the belief that all female entrepreneurs should have the opportunity to live the life they dream of living. 

We incorporate our love of gorgeous typefaces, hand drawn and custom lettered accents, and beautiful graphics into every design that we create, whether for a new Logo Mark or Monogram or an elaborate, intensive website launch. Our creations are nothing if not unique, giving you the confidence to elevate your bookings and triple - or more - your revenue.

QUESTIONS

Once you have officially booked your project on our calendar, you should expect to receive a few "homework" items that will allow you to provide us with the information needed to start work on the design process. 

After returning your "homework" items, we will start by presenting you with a number of initial concepts that we will work together to perfect through an extensive revision process. We work with you to insure that you are completely happy with every design element that is provided to you and that your new Brand look and feel encompasses exactly the vision that you have for your company.

We are always happy to work toward a specific launch date for your Brand Design or Website project. If you need to launch your site by a certain date or within a very specific timeframe, please insure that you let us know at the time of Booking so we can confirm that the date works on our end and we can finalize the time needed on our calendar to launch by your expected date. 

Due to the nature of our work and the intense number of hours that we spend on each and every project, we do not currently offer Rush Options. We feel that it is absolutely necessary to take the time needed to create beautiful, functional, well thought-out designs and would never want to provide a client with work that is anything less than the best. 

At this time, we do not offer Copywriting services for our websites. We have a wonderful list of preferred Collaborators and Resources here, where you will find information about copywriters for your new collateral. 

We do work with each and every one of our clients to bring their site to life using beautiful layouts, placement and image curation, including Stock Photos if needed. 

Prefer to pick the images out on your own or use a copywriter that is not on the list? No problem! Just let us know and we are happy to take a step back on that part of the process and let you do your thing!

At Harper Maven we do our best to instill our love of entrepreneurship and lovely designs into every project that we take on. We are always happy to share any business advice and knowledge with our clients, and sincerely hope that we are able to become life long friends in our service to you as a business owner. Your "homework" items will include a comprehensive questionnaire covering the history and future of your business, your demographic, and your aesthetic wants and needs. It will also entail you creating and sharing your "Brand Design Dreams" Pinterest board with us so we can visually see what you love and expect from your design experience. Your Pinterest board can include anything from images that give you the feeling you want others to feel when they see your new brand elements to actual designs and color palettes that speak to you. 

We want you to take your time on these items and insure that you are giving us the kind of information that will help to build the brand of your dreams. Typically, clients return their homework within 1-2 weeks from booking, but some return it as soon 3-5 days from receiving it from us.

Once we officially have your reservation on the calendar, the next step will be to Brainstorm regarding your design target and needs. 

We will talk in detail about your current and future business goals, your demographic, and your design aesthetic.

CONCEPT REVEAL

Now comes the fun part! Based on the information that you have provided and the research we have completed, we will send you a few beautiful concepts to review. 

You will have the option to accept a design as is and move onto the next step in the process, or to provide feedback and work with our team on revisions to bring the concepts to perfection. 

3 Rounds of Revisions are not always needed, but are available for each step in the process!

REVISONS & ADJUSTMENTS

If you have opted to revise any of the concepts that were provided in your initial designs, we will work 1-on-1 to analyze your feedback to determine what will best work for your elements. 

Once revisions are complete we will send them over for your consideration and further thoughts.
